Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a structured, low-impact fitness class designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall wellbeing. It incorporates a range of exercises such as walking, jogging and resistance training, often using equipment like foam dumbbells or noodles. The buoyancy of the water supports the body, making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels, including those recovering from injury or seeking a gentler workout.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout that blends dance and fitness into a pool-based party atmosphere. Set to upbeat Latin and international music, this class features easy-to-follow choreography adapted for the water, making it accessible for all fitness levels. The natural resistance of the water helps tone muscles while reducing impact on joints, so you can move freely and confidently. Aqua Zumba is perfect for anyone looking to boost their cardio fitness while enjoying a lively and social workout experience.
