Please note: Dates marked with an Asterix (*) are for currently enrolled clients who are continuing to the new term. This is the re-enrolment deposit date to secure your placement in the new term.

Fees
Visa/Master Card Fee: $0.33 plus 1.98%
Amex Card Fee: $0.33 plus 1.98%
Additional fee of 1.10% will apply to international cards
Declined Payment/Failure Fee: $10.00
Payrix is an authorised Direct Debit processor, with an Australian Financial License (AFSL no. 418105). All payment data is encrypted, stored and processed within a highly secure network. Its entire process is certified at the highest level of compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your payment details are encrypted and not visible to or accessible by any of our staff at any time.
SWSS Direct Debit T&C’s:
Direct debit is processed fortnightly, two weeks in advance of lessons, please see the direct debit schedule on our website for processing dates.
Once your Direct Debit Agreement is signed and completed, your direct debit is locked in for the term and can only be terminated at the end of a term with (2) weeks prior written notice.
Commencing D/D during a cycle
- Prior to your direct debit commencing, you are required to make an upfront payment. This will ensure you are caught up to the next cycle and will avoid additional amounts being charged.
- If you have not made payment in time to catch up to the next cycle, then your next installment will have additional charges as will include the adjustments of outstanding amounts to bring you up to date with the next direct debit cycle.
Declined Debits
- Please ensure you have sufficient funds available on direct debit day to avoid additional charges. Declined debits will incur a $10.00 fee, this is automatically added onto your next fortnightly installment. This fee is charged by “Payrix” the 3rd party that the agreement is made with, so this cannot be waived.
- If your direct debit declines, please make prompt payment (inclusive of the declined fee) to correct this issue and prevent any potential cancelation of your lessons.
- Direct Debit is only available for Learn to Swimming Lessons. This is not available for short-term programs like the Holiday Swim Intensive Program as this is pre-paid up front.
- Direct Debit payments are non-refundable, so please ensure you notify at least 2 weeks in advance, in writing, should you wish to cancel your direct debit.
