A New Chapter for Saltwater Swim School
SWSS is evolving its swimming journey, and we’re thrilled to introduce an exciting new chapter for our swim school. We’re moving beyond term-by-term enrolments to a dynamic, all year-round swimming program—creating greater consistency, progress, and opportunity for every swimmer.
Why the Change?
Because swimming skills thrive on consistency, confidence, and continuous learning. When lessons pause each term, progress can stall and momentum is lost. With a year-round approach, swimmers stay in the flow, build confidence faster, and unlock their potential with every lesson.
More Swimming = More Progress
Year-round lessons keep swimmers progressing week after week, without interruption. This consistent approach empowers children to:
- Build lasting confidence in the water
- Refine technique while boosting strength and endurance
- Move through levels with greater ease and momentum
Please Note: Although we operate on a perpetual system, we will be closed for all Victorian Public Holidays & a short break over Christmas and New Year from Monday 21 December 2026 to Sunday 17 January 2027.
Unlimited Make-Ups Are Here
We’ve introduced unlimited make-ups, now valid for 6 months—giving your child more freedom to catch up on any missed lessons.
Your make-ups will be clearly displayed in your SimplyPortal App, including expiry dates, as soon as you mark an absence—giving you full visibility and control.
Going away? No problem. Mark your absences in advance to hold your spot, then use your make-ups when you return.
EASY Direct Debit + Prepaid Flexibility
Managing your swim journey is now simpler and more efficient. With fortnightly direct debit as our primary payment option, it’s an easy, reliable way to keep your child consistently enrolled without the hassle. That means less admin for you, and more focus on your child building essential swimming skills with confidence.
Prefer to pay upfront? You still can. Once your direct debit is set up, you’ll have the freedom to make upfront payments anytime via the SimplyPortal App or at reception.
Your direct debit simply acts as a backup—only stepping in if your prepaid balance runs out—so your child’s place is always secure and uninterrupted.
It’s a smarter, more flexible system designed to fit around your family and keep your child’s progress moving forward.

FREE Splash and Play
At Saltwater Swim School (SWSS), we believe confidence in the water grows through both structured learning and relaxed play. That’s why we offer FREE Splash n’ Play sessions for our currently enrolled students.
It’s our way of supporting progress, encouraging water familiarity, and offering families the opportunity to enjoy our warm mineral-based pools in a fun, unstructured environment.
Enrolled students attend free of charge. Supervising adults and any additional non-enrolled participants are also welcome to join—please refer to our website for pricing details and availability.
